These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the SkillSource Career Mobility Report ("Product"), a digital informational product provided by LLP Techdab ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing our Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Description

SkillSource is a digital informational product that delivers a personalized Career Mobility Report in PDF format. The Product includes:

• An online questionnaire to collect your professional background
• A personalized PDF report automatically generated based on your responses
• Digital delivery of the report to your email address

This Product provides general educational information only. It is a digital good, not a professional service. The entire process is fully automated and self-service. No human-driven services, consultation, advisory services, or manual review are involved at any stage.

2. What This Product Is NOT

This Product does not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

• Legal advice or legal representation
• Immigration consulting or visa services
• Financial, tax, or investment advice
• Career counseling or job placement services
• Any professional advisory service regulated in any jurisdiction

We do not provide professional services of any kind. This is an educational digital product only.

3. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Any specific outcomes based on information in the report
• Accuracy or completeness of information for your specific situation
• Suitability of the information for your particular circumstances
• Availability of any opportunities described in the report

4. User Responsibilities

By purchasing this Product, you agree to:

5. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive your personalized PDF report via email. The Product is considered delivered when the email is sent to the address you provided. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.

6. Payment

The Product requires a one-time payment of $10 USD. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Merchant of Record). We do not store or process your payment card details.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

7. Refunds

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital report has not been delivered. Once the report is delivered to your email, no refunds are provided. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the Product are the intellectual property of LLP Techdab. You may use your report for personal purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the report.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information in the report
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product ($10 USD)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLP Techdab from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Product
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any actions you take based on information in the Product

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued purchases after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LLP Techdab regarding the Product.
