This Refund Policy applies to the SkillSource Career Mobility Report ("Product"), a digital informational product sold by LLP Techdab.

1. Digital Product Nature

The SkillSource Career Mobility Report is a digital product (PDF file) delivered electronically to your email address. As a digital good that is generated based on your questionnaire responses, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Refund Window

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital report has not yet been delivered. To request a refund, contact us at hello@skillsource.net before your report is generated.

3. After Report Delivery

Once the PDF report has been generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable. The Product is delivered when the email is sent, regardless of whether it is opened or downloaded.

4. Delivery Issues

If you believe there has been an error or you have not received your report, please contact us. We will verify delivery status and assist with any technical issues.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Your email address used for the purchase
• Date of purchase
• Order reference (if available)

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
